Roustabouts are the backbone of oil and gas platforms, supporting safe and efficient work through hands-on labor, equipment maintenance, and teamwork. This entry-level yet critical role offers a gateway into the offshore energy industry with opportunities to grow.


Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, and maintain oilfield and natural gas equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Support drilling crews by delivering tools, materials, and equipment to job sites and assisting with setup.
• Assist crane operations by rigging loads, ensuring proper lifting techniques, and maintaining safety clearances.
• Operate in challenging environments, including confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free worksite, following strict safety protocols and contributing to team-wide HSE goals.
• Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.

Requirements

• Experience as a Roustabout on Drillships, Platforms, Research Vessels, Land Rigs
• USCG Medical
• BOSIET w/ CAEBS
• Qualified Rigger
• Advanced Firefighting
• Well Control
• Rig Pass
• TWIC
• Driver License
