Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional installations of residential heating and air conditioning systems in full compliance with codes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure every job is completed with a clean, polished finish that exceeds customer expectations.
• Lead and mentor installation team members to uphold high standards and meet project deadlines.
• Prioritize job-site safety and best practices on every assignment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional evenings or weekends may be required) Shop Location: Castroville, TX

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $22-$45 per hour based on experience

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
• Thorough understanding of residential HVAC codes and proper installation methods
• Strong working knowledge of tools, diagnostic equipment, and safety procedures
• Familiarity with low-voltage HVAC controls and systems
